How we keep transfers clean and fast
The rotator holds the trailer level while the doors come open, so freight does not fall out on the shoulder. We stage the receiving trailer nose-to-tail or side-by-side depending on the space, move the freight with our own equipment, photograph the count, and re-secure the load to the same standard the shipper expects. If the trailer itself is damaged, we tow it to the shop of your choice after the transfer.
For food, pharma, and temperature-controlled loads we work with the carrier and the receiver on seal breaks and reefer downtime so the claim paperwork is complete before the trailer leaves the scene.
Scale-house and DOT out-of-service calls
When a driver is put out of service for a load-securement violation at a Texas DPS inspection station or a weigh station on I-10, I-45, or US-59, the clock starts for the driver, the shipper, and the fleet. We respond to scale houses and inspection sites across the Houston region, fix the securement or transfer the freight, and get the driver rolling with documentation the officer will accept.

How much does a load transfer cost?
Transfers are billed on time and equipment: the rotator or wrecker to stabilize, the transfer trailer, forklift if needed, and labor. Simple re-securements are far less than a full trailer swap. We give you an estimate before we start and an itemized invoice after.
Can you supply the replacement trailer?
In many cases yes, through our fleet or partner carriers in Houston. Tell dispatch the trailer type and destination and we will confirm availability with your ETA.
Will you transfer hazmat loads?
Packaged hazmat can be transferred with the shipper's documentation and the right placarding. Bulk product in tankers is transferred by licensed haulers we coordinate for you.
