When you use the dispatch form, we collect the information you enter: name, phone number, company, email, the situation, unit and load details, location (including GPS coordinates if you choose to share them), notes, and any photos you attach. Our website host and security provider also log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, and we may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, dispatch equipment, communicate with you about the job by phone, text message, and email, prepare invoices and documentation for you and your insurer, comply with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation requirements, and improve this website. Photos and scene details you submit are used to plan and document the recovery.

Text messages

If you check the consent box on our form or ask us to text you, we may send you text messages about your request, such as ETA updates, callback attempts, and estimate or invoice links. Sharing

We share information only as needed to do the work: with our dispatchers and operators, with service providers that run our dispatch, messaging, email, hosting, and payment systems on our behalf, with your insurer, fleet, or the party paying for the job when you direct us to, with law enforcement or regulators when required by law or by towing and storage regulations, and with environmental or specialty contractors we coordinate at your request. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Job records, invoices, and photos are retained as long as needed for billing, insurance, and regulatory purposes, which for towing and storage records in Texas can be several years. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections to this site, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
